TGTHR
Share your story or experience with depression, anxiety, suicide, self-doubt, or other struggles you have been through.

WHAT IS TGTHR?
TGTHR is a website where teens can anonymously share their stories and experiences with depression, anxiety, suicide, self-doubt, and other struggles. Teens can give and receive advice to people who need it. People can also share art, poems, pictures, and quotes.
OUR MISSION

Our mission is to create a safe, anonymous community for teens to share their stories, give or get advice, and ask or answer questions. This is a resource for people who want to support those going through mental health struggles and a resource for teens to hear others’ stories.
Your story is important, even if it doesn't seem like it. It is part of you, and you matter. No matter how sad or scary your story is, feel free to anonymously share it. Your story can help people realize that they are not alone, that someone else got through it, or is still going through it.
Your story does not need to be over, this could be something from your past or something you are actively going through.
You do not need to have a diagnosis to feel anxiety or depression. You can share your story no matter who you are or what you have been through. You can share your perspective on someone else going through struggles or your personal experience.
